How can it support Vista and 7 when as far as I know we can't even use
Braille Terminal under those Os's? I would say they're partially supported.
The Apex is most likely going to fully support Vista and 7, including use of
Braille Terminal.

the MPower already supports vista and 7, so the apex most certainly already
