Upgrading... First, do you have any SMA counts left? To check this, go to
http://pulsedata.propagation.net/SDW/User/Login.aspx
and type in your serial number, using "frog1" (without the quotes) as a
password. Download the software you want, if you have an SMA count left,
otherwise you will have to call Humanware (U.S. number is 1-800-722-3393) to
buy software. Once you get the product key downloaded, let us know so we can
help further. Also, what keysoft version do you have right now, and to which
one do you plan to upgrade?
