Just download it to your pc, then use an SD card reader to move it to the
mPower. If you do not have one, you could use a USB thumb drive; download
the file to the thumb drive, prepare the SD card like it says in the upgrade
directions, then copy the file from the thumb drive to the SD card using the
mPower.
