I tried a j k l reset before writing to the list. It didn't work neither
did areset with record and reset buttons held down. The folder I deleted by
mistake was in the flash drive under keymail folders and it was called email
folders I believe. It was a big mistake but can anyone tell me if I were to
re-install keysoft 8.0 if that would bring it back or not.

If you perform a reset with 4-5-6 held down your email folders should be
restored. Let us know if this doesn't work.
