Hi, what you need to do to restore the email folders is to delete the keymail folder and everything it contains then do a normal reset and the keymail folder and all contained files will be back. The only thing with this is you will delete anything else saved in the keymail folder.
Another thing you could try is go to file manager menu choose copy file. Then choose the keysoft system disk, go to windows folder then in there you will find a file called email folders copy this to the keymail folder on your flash disk and hopefully this will fix your problem. It didn't work neither did areset with record and reset buttons held down. The folder I deleted by mistake was in the flash drive under keymail folders and it was called email folders I believe.
