Hi, for the list to help you with the braille display there are a
few things we need to know first.
1. What windows is the computer using?
2. What screen reader are you using?
3. What version of Active sync are you running?
4. How are you trying to connect the braille note, eg usb,
cereal or bluetooth?
5. What sort of keyboard does your braillenote have?
This will do for a start and hopefully after you have provided
this information to the list someone will be able to start
helping you.
