It seems that all the bugs people are currently having with the
Apex are software based is that right? If this is so, then maybe
the hardware is solid and with some bug fixes the thing will run
fine, I hope.
Also, someone commented about the support information that we are
familiar with from the Mpower units. When I recently checked out
an Apex I noticed the support information was there, but far as I
can remember, none of the letters to get information under the
support category did anything. This is because the new User
Replaceable battery does not require recalibration etc. I am
guessing this is why, but why leave the support information
category in at all if this is the case?
