Dear Joe,
I don't know why you have to make this personal. I'm frustrated with Humanware, I have the right to recommend or not any product I see fit.

With out giving you my life story, up to this point, I've been able to teach music to students and manage a successful nonprofit, direct music at my church sit on several grant panels and be the president of a international Children's Music Network. I also sat on the board of directors for a State Deaf and Blind school where I did advocate for children for 6 years to get the computer skills that I'm lacking.

I've been able to manage doing all this with first a Braille N Speak, after that a Braille Lite and after that a BRAILLE Note and now the Apex. Wile in school, I did not have the opportunity to learn how to use a PC but so far I think I've done pretty well. If my lack of PC skills motivates others on the list to get these skills, I'm glad to be used as an example. If it makes you and others look down upon me because I do not have your PC knowledge well, pat yourself on the back.

I'm sorry if my "Raging against the company," makes you feel uncomfortable. But, I was just responding to Peggy's inquiry.

Frank M. Hernandez.
