Hi,
Sounds like the OS is counting read cycle as accessing the file.

Hey, all, I wonder if any of you fellow Apex users have noticed this.  When 
I go into a file and read it but don't modify it, if I go back to that 
folder and choose to view the files by date, the one I just read is shown as

the newest file, even though it may be an older file and I didn't change 
anything in it.
Think I'll send a cc of this to support.
