List and HW:
I can confirm this on an Apex BT with ks9.0.534. It seems that just opening
a file, even if it is not modified, is enough to cause it to jump to the top
of a date-sorted list. Please put this back to how it used to be; that is,
only MODIFIED files count, not just accessed files.

Have a great day,

Subject: [Braillenote] A bug in viewing files by date with the Apex

Hey, all, I wonder if any of you fellow Apex users have noticed this. When
I go into a file and read it but don't modify it, if I go back to that
folder and choose to view the files by date, the one I just read is shown as
the newest file, even though it may be an older file and I didn't change
anything in it.
Think I'll send a cc of this to support.

Peggy
