Hello:
Go to the KeyWord printer set-up menu and check out
the settings. It may be simply that the incorrect
printer was chosen.

Subject: [Braillenote] printing problem
Hello my fellow braillenote users. I have a friend
who has a problem with
printing documets from her braillenot. Her
braillenote is actually a classic
and is keysoft 7.01 build 25. Before that
braillenote, my firend didn't have
a braillenote and it was mine until I got my mPower.
At the time when it was
mine I had no trouble printing. I have no idea why
that braillenote is
acting up now but I can understand if it's because
it's too old. It is
pretty old though the 5 digit serial number starts
with 1. Anyway whenever
my friend tries to print something from her
braillenot (after saying yes to
the promp "printer ready?") instead of saying
"printing of (document name)
complete", it says that the printer is out of paper.
The thing is though
that the printer was full of paper. No one knows
what to do about this
problem. When I print a document from my mpower the
document prints and its
from the same printer that we use at school. At
school there's only one
printer that we can print from so we have no choice
but to use it. I'm
wondering if any of you gus can help and give some
suggestions. Please do. I
would appriciate any advice you give me. Thank you.
