All the devices you are paired with are stored in your registry. A 4 5 6
reset will clear out the non-essential parts of the registry, allowing the
bn to start from scratch. You will lose bluetooth pairings, network places,
cookies, and, I think, your web history as well. It would be nice if this
could be fixed, but for now, that is what is going on.

Have a great day,

Subject: [Braillenote] bluetooth on braillenote MPower

Hello, HumanWare. I have a question about bluetooth on my BrailleNote
MPower. If a dots 4-5-6 reset is done on the machine, why do I have to
search for bluetooth devices to find the device I'm looking for? If I
do a standard (or soft reset) on the machine, my bluetooth devices are
still visible in the list. So why is it that I don't have to search
for devices if I do the soft reset, but I do have to search for them
when the dots 4-5-6 reset is done? Thanks a lot!
