Hi, How long have you had this unit? I'd guess that, based on your message, it appears that it is time to do some maintenance or even reinitializing... If you have the later KeySoft version )I don't know what though), from Main Menu, go to Planner/KeyPlan Maintenance Utility. KeySoft will ask, "Proceed with maintenance?" Press Y for Yes. Follow the prompts and it should say the maintenance is complete. If this doesn't help, try deleting some older appointments. Or, if that doesn't work either, then delete the KeyPlan folder from the Flash Disk, reset the unit and see what happens. Cheers, Joseph
