Hello Joseph and good luck with your new apex due any minute. I
find my unit a very slick performer. very responsive. Yes, I
like it very much, but hope that the promised corrective upgrade
won't be too long in coming. For the past few years I have been
able to write my own bank-cheques, address my envelopes and deal
with mailing labels. I am fortunate in having the choice of 2
printers, both however, need these documents to be fed end first
into them. This needs a landscape printing code to be used (z,
in the fonts menu.) this no longer works and other people have
now to do these jobs for me. also, I can no longer transfer
databases. I can copy the information in on my Apex, but when I
copy the database on to a cf card for use on my PK, the Pk
announces access denied. So you can perhaps understand my
increasing impatience. However, having said that, I'm convinced
the Apex is going to be a most useful unit, and has surely a long
future of use before it.
