Well, this has to do with resets.
I don't think you have to do it too often to notice the music. I will hope that my braillenote always turns on instantly without playing the start up music.

When you change the startup sound on the Apex, the new wav will
stay even
when you attempt Clear Settings Reset. It is even harder to
perform service
Reset now. (is there a way to completely reinitialize the RAM
and Flash Disk
to delete unwanted data that a user might have accidentally added?)
