I don't think so. It happens consistently, at least with wireless 
connections. I just did it moments ago when composing my prior message.
I can go to the web, open and read files, etc., when the media player is 
open, just not access its help while streaming audio.

Here's an item for the Apex bug list, which I've been meaning to
send to
support.
If you're playing an internet stream, you can't get help in the
media player
itself.
The help commands in both BT and QT versions yield this:
"Exception: command: 6 at 4924.  data misalignment"
So maybe the media player help is somewhere in the system, but
you can't go
to it quickly when you need it the most.
And guess what this newbie's inaugural act as a Braillenote user
was? Of
course.  Trying to stream media, then issuing the help command to
see how you
exited the media player.
I know the answer to that now, but couldn't quickly find it then.
