Hi Christopher,
Oh, you want a some kind of a "virtual Excel." In that case, I would say that a database along with a header code would be nice for us. (I seriously wish there could be conditional fields under database...). If you really want, I (or any of us who are into programming) can create a simple program that lets you do this (on your computer), transfer the resulting file onto the BrailleNote then print the actual file. However, based on the format of your example, it appears that the resulting program carries some conditions, namely print layout, conditional things and so forth (well, I'm somewhat up for a challenge; however, I'm in spring break, and I need time to go over other things like integration calculator and so forth...).
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. Alex, Nicole or others: any thoughts?

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Wordprocessing Templet for DB or forms

Hello All & Alex,

what I am trying to do is have a database that fill in, see a number
of clients, fill in the date, name and other information, when
finished need to print it (ink) on the templet there is information that make it look like the hardcopy form, on the hardcopy you can fill in a number of clients that have been seen. So what I am trying to do is setup so that at the top of the form (templet) is static (does not change) then below there is information depending on how many clients that are seen would print in the format setup the information, when finished the first row from the db then it would print the next one
and so on so it would look like such:

---------- Start of Example ----------
Company name / header <-Static
Mike Smith <-static
Date printed <-static / dynamic

Client Name: Zee Smith Client DOB: 1/12/1952
Address: 1 main rd xxxx xxx xxxxx Payment type: xxx

Client Name: Dee Smith Client DOB: 1/12/1981
Address: 1 main rd xxxx xxx xxxxx Payment type: xxx

Client Name: Mee Smith Client DOB: 1/12/1942
Address: 1 main rd xxxx xxx xxxxx Payment type: xxx

Company Footer <-Static
---------- End of Example ----------

I hope this help you understand what I am trying to do!

God Bless,
Christopher

Hello:

Now this would be wonderful. 쟅 can think of several
ways that I might use forms in my work.

But, although I love the idea from my vantage point
we can not do this within KeySoft. 쟑erhaps with the
promised KeyWork upgrade?

Best of luck.
