Hi,
Did you upgrade to the latest firmware (9.01) and tried warm reset while the card was inserted? As for charging issue, I recommend a warm reset when the AC adapter is connected; if that doesn't solve the problem, try a hard reset.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex cannot find SD card

I have a 2-gig SD card loaded into my Braillenote. I took it out to copy something to it from my computer. My computer recognized it just fine, but my BrailleNote says it cannot find it now that I have re-inserted it into the Apex. The documents are important. Any suggestions as how I can fix this problem would be appreciated. I have taken it out and re-inserted it into my computer and it recognizes the card just fine and can get to all the files. Thanks for any help you can give.

I am becoming more and more frustrated with my Apex. I still am having battery charging issues.
