I haven't upgraded yet, probably because I'm afraid something else will go wrong.

Hi,
Did you upgrade to the latest firmware (9.01) and tried warm
reset while the card was inserted?
As for charging issue, I recommend a warm reset when the AC
adapter is connected; if that doesn't solve the problem, try a
hard reset.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex cannot find SD card

I have a 2-gig SD card loaded into my Braillenote. I took it out
to copy something to it from my computer. My computer recognized
it just fine, but my BrailleNote says it cannot find it now that
I have re-inserted it into the Apex. The documents are
important. Any suggestions as how I can fix this problem would
be appreciated. I have taken it out and re-inserted it into my
computer and it recognizes the card just fine and can get to all
the files. Thanks for any help you can give.

I am becoming more and more frustrated with my Apex. I still am
having battery charging issues.
