Hello Jerry:
KeyWord can not read MS Word documents made in the
newer .docs format. Nor can it read documents in
earlier Word formats if the document has tables,
columns, or other more complex formatting.
It seems from the error message that your document
may be in the newer .docs instead of the older .doc
file type. Try converting it into Word 2003 format
or into a text document by using the save as option
under the file tab.

Subject: [Braillenote] Is Anybody Having Success
Opening a Word .DOC Filewith this New Keysoft Update
for the Apex?
Just thought I'd come out and ask if anybody's
having success with .doc
files using this new Apex Keysoft update. I just
tried a .DOC file that I
can read fine in Word 2007. As others have
reported, I'm getting the
class does not exist error.
Regards,
Jerry
