Hi, Welcome to the list. Sounds like a pressure problem. I've found out that Apex requires slightly more pressure when using routing buttons. Also, you might want to push the "dot" on the router buttons (to make it go down more). Cheers, Joseph P.S. What type of keyboard do you have?
