I am not sure about a zip file. However, when you say you tried to
read the files, what program did you use? You must use Keybook to read
daisy; Keyword will not do it, or at least not do it correctly. What
version of keysoft are you running? Anything below 7.2 (maybe 7.5?)
does not have a daisy player on it.
