I Agree.
I can't even use google without trouble anymore and now apparently even
after buying the newer ambicom card cannot connect wirelessly to the
internet anymore since I had to replace my router.
If I had it to do over again I'd have bought a netbook and braille display
and still had money left over as compared to what I've had to put into this
machine.
There are pluses and minuses for every piece of equipment like this, but its
still a little frustrating and disappointing to pay so much for something
that's so much further behind in some ways.

I was really, really saddened by this information. To think that I got
this expensive $5,000 machine a mere year and a half ago, and it doesn't
perform well on the internet. And now HW is asking for four thousand more
