Hi, I just had that problem a few days ago. You might need to install WMDC 64-bit again to fix this. Cheers, Joseph

I have been trying to set up my Apex to sync with my PC. I have followed all the instructions. I have downloaded wmdc to my PC using the version identified for use with Vista 64. I have connected the USB cable. When I connect the cable, I hear a ping from the computer that recognizes that something is connected to the USB port. When I open WMDC manually, it says that it is not connected. When on the Apex I choose U for utilities and then c for connect, nothing happens. If I choose U for utilities, then S for Sync and S again for sync now, in about 30 seconds I get a message that "Could not connect to partner. Check the network is connected and the keysync pc software is running, if running through a firewall check port 9613 is open". I have checked that. This last message implies that Keysync needs to be loaded on the computer, but nowhere in the instructions is this stated. Does anyone have a simple list of steps to go through to install that which is needed to be able to sync the Apex with a computer instead of going to 3 or 4 different places in the instructions?
