I sent my Braillenote in for upgrading a few days ago. I got a call from Jessica from Humanware in the UK I think it was about Thursday saying my Braillenote had been upgraded and that it would be delivered on Friday only I was in on Friday and it didn't turn up. How long should I give for it to be delivered before I enquire after it as I was in on Saturday also and still no arrival of my BN and what is the proceedure if it has not been delivered?
