I was checking my UPS tracking number and my bn was supposed to get to
canada on Thursday and it is in canada but not at humanware. I don't know
what happened it just said incorrect shipping address or something like
that. Hopefully it will get there tomorrow.M

I sent my Braillenote in for upgrading a few days ago.
I got a call from Jessica from Humanware in the UK I think it was about
Thursday saying my Braillenote had been upgraded and that it would be
delivered on Friday only I was in on Friday and it didn't turn up.
How long should I give for it to be delivered before I enquire after it
as I was in on Saturday also and still no arrival of my BN and what is
the proceedure if it has not been delivered?
