Yes - I'd say way better experience than that of the mPower. There is no more 
limits on what type of device to use, as well as device memory limitations are 
gone. I eventually plan to produce a podcast on how Apex upgrades are donw as 
opposed to the mPower - but that will not be ready until mid-September.
For future reference: What keyboard type do you have or plan to have, as well 
as the Braille display length? That way those who have your configuration can 
help you better.

Is the Braillenote Apex easier to upgrade than the M-power?
When I have upgraded any software on my Braillenote I have sent it in to 
Humanware because one time I tried to upgrade Keysoft my upgrade didn't take, 
possibly due to getting the timing correct when doing the reset and holding 
down the necessary Braill keys.
