So that will save all my emails/folders that I created for them?

Two ways. To just back up the database, copy the file
flash disk\keymail\email folders.cdb
To save an individual email, the only way is to open it and use
space-s to save the text; you cannot export an email like a
keybase
database, unfortunately.
