On the surface, it would, but under the surface, it may not. Note that
people are getting smarter - thus they may ask you to show them the source
for the project. If the source code matches that of core concepts in
KeySoft, HW might file a lawsuit. Writing a different set of routines for
achieving same algorithmic effect is fine (in my thinking).

if I call it caysoft and merge keynote and infovox230 with espeak and call
my creation cay-tts then I think we can get around humanware's little "its
