Does this tool work using Windows Vista?  Or, perhaps it is a separate tool 
just used on the PK?  For, as I believe I mentioned earlier, I did indeed 
purchase another used PK when the one I was using before crashed while I was 
trying to use the Sendero 2010 GPS.  But, seeing as I'm using Windows Vista 
with a computer that has no serial port and thus I knew of no way to easily 
bring the flash disk back, I was going to give up on this PK after I twice 
downloaded between fifty and one hundred email and the PK froze and required 
the C1 and C4 reset.  I crossed my fingers and toes, grin, and the flash disk 
did come back, but I quickly put the PK away while I still had the working 
flash disk.
