yeah, for ebuddy, you don't need an account.
 You just need to give it your facebook detailes and it will log you in.
 You only need an account if you want to sign into more then one
chatting survice at once.
 For  example, with an ebuddy id you can sign into aim, msn, g-talk,
facebook, myspace, and irc.
 But that isn't necicary for you if you just want fb.
 Twitter.
 If you want to use twitter, yes, m.twitter.com is indeed the place to go.
