National Braille Press has a free US Computer Braille reference card which you can download or I guess have sent to you. The page for it is at http://www.nbp.org/ic/nbp/COMB.html.
As well, my Apex contains an Appendix D in the Manual folder that is a set of multiple tables giving computer braille information for 6- and 8-dot computer braille in US and UK variants. Hopefully this information is packaged with at least some other releases of Keysoft as well.
