More info: did you download the windows media version, or the actual
daisy version? Did you use the RFB download manager software? Is the
book in its own folder on the drive? Is the bn registered with rfb
(does it have a key generated from the rfb site?) Is the bn able to
play these books? That is, does it have the latest ks8 build, or is it
an Apex with the latest 9.02 keysoft version?
