This does not sound like an email size problem The message there would be "this message is larger than the maximum size allowed. Option?" This sounds like something internal, though of course I cannot be sure since hw has not released anything about the inner workings of keysoft. Try a 5-second reset (assuming you have an apex), a 4-5-6 reset if on an mPower or other bn type.
