Alex thanks for this!
If I retry to receive emails things most of the time seem to be
okay.
It was a question more out of curiosity.
The Apex does seem to still have may be too many "quirks" given
the fact that it's almost one year old?
I find sending and receiving emails very much slower than the
mPower was and slower too is the Apex than the mPower with
keyweb.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] message code greater than 64 k
This does not sound like an email size problem The message there
would
be "this message is larger than the maximum size allowed.
Option?"
This sounds like something internal, though of course I cannot be
sure
since hw has not released anything about the inner workings of
keysoft. Try a 5-second reset (assuming you have an apex), a
4-5-6
reset if on an mPower or other bn type.

Subject: [Braillenote] message code greater than 64 k
Occasionally when I am connected to the internet and go to check
for new emails, I get the message
"the code must be greater than or equal to 64 K".
I then have to try again to receive my emails.
Any thoughts?
