Hi, The second thing is already in place - this is where the categories are used for. The problem with combining articles is load time, which increases as page size increases. The roadmap (in my thinking) has been keep the current category/chronological/device structure but combine smaller pages into one single article based on applications (not on the main Support Hotline page, but as a separate page per apps, with prominent ones remaining as is).
