The second thing is already in place - this is where
the categories are used
for. The problem with combining articles is load time,
which increases as
page size increases. The roadmap (in my thinking) has
been keep the current
category/chronological/device structure but combine
smaller pages into one
single article based on applications (not on the main
Support Hotline page,
but as a separate page per apps, with prominent ones
remaining as is). I'll
take your feedback into consideratinos.

Joseph, I like your idea. It would make it easier than
searching through all the other topics for other
programs when each program is under a specific page.
Label them on your site as being the specific program
questions, and tidbits, such as email, wordprocessing,
media player, radio, calculator, address book,
internet, etc.

Hi folks,
As a major redesign of Support Hotline articles on the
site, I'd like to ask
for your opinion as to which articles should be
combined into single page.
My aim is to combine relevant ones to reduce load time
and to centralize
needed information into a single page for ease of
viewing - mostly related
questions and tips for a specific application.
For instance, as of version 7.1, some of the Word
Processing articles are
split into separate pages. With your assistance, I
could combine a few
articles into a new page. Another example would be
combining all email
related questions and tips into a new article, such as
deleting attachments
or adding email sender to address list (Apex only).
This new feature is planned as part of Project Galileo
(which will be
announced shortly) and a versino after this one (to be
released next year).
