We've tried a plain reset, dots 1-2-3 reset, dots 4-5-6 reset,
and a service reset, and it still won't let me erase it.

My friend has a folder that won't erase. When we try to
erase it, we got the following error:
exception: command: 398 at 1885. access violation reading

Is there a way to erase the folder?
