Hi, Hmmm, that's odd... I guess we need answers for: * Is it a subfolder within a folder or a parent folder? * When attempting to delete other folder, do you get this error? * Where is the folder located? If the folder is located on Flash Disk, the most effective way to delete it is from ActiveSync; if it is located on a storage card, try erasing this folder from a computer via card reader. From what I can see here, it appears that the BrailleNote cannot access the hardware part i.e. the sector where the folder is located (a sector is the part of a storage device where part of data is stored).
