Hi Michelle.
From personal experience I could not get my BrailleNote mPower BT 32 to
work as a bluetooth Braille display on Windows 7. I could however get it
to work on a Windows XP machine using proper bluetooth drivers, not the
one provided by Windows.
Sorry I can't be of any further help.
Good luck.
Take care.

Hi guys. My apologies since this was recently covered but my memory is not all
that good at the moment.
I have just lost my wireless card so can't use my MPower for emailing at the
moment. Because I value portability, and hate being restricted to a desk when
using a computer or BN, I am thinking of getting a netbook instead of replacing
my wireless card. This will enable me to send emails anywhere, I am told,
since it has its own in-built wireless. However, I am wondering if the BN can
be connected by USB or Bluetooth and work as a Braille display if the netbooks
are using the latest Windows software. I am using an MPower 18-cell Braille
display, running Keysoft 8. I really value the Braille display and
portability of the BN, which is why I have chosen this option.
If this is not an option, what other options do I have which could include the
BN and be portable? If I end up eventually upgrading to an Apex or a Braille
Wizard, then the wireless card will not be necessary, so I thought a Netbook
would possibly be more economical.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers!
Michele
