I am using an Apex and the last few times I attempted to free database space it came back with zero bites freed. Well, The other day I was downloading email and received a message "opporation complete" however, the emails were not done downloading and now I can not delete, move, send or receive emails. I assume this means the database has crashed? Is there a way to back it up and reinstall it without losing everything? If so, how would I do this? Lori
