Hi,
If it is the G card, you might want to tvon off the unit before
you insert the card.

Hi,
This regards a BrailleNote Mpower I was just loaned today
running KS version 8.
My other loaner mpower was having issues so I was given another
one. When I inserted the wifi card, it locked up. I had to
reset it to get it to unlock. My instructor didn't know what the
issue was. This didn't happen on my other unit. Thoughts?

PS: I tried all three resets to no avail. My instructor does not
want me doing a service reset. Is there anything that I may do
other than that to fix this issue? The only thing I can do at the
moment is to turn the unit off, insert the card, and then restart
it.
