No - at least from what I know. All format does is that it'll
delete the links to the stored file so that the file system would
think there's no data (when in fact there is previous data).
Labeling cannot work mostly because storage devices are
controlled not by KeySoft, but by the file system - thus, it
follows the rules set under filesy/.dll. If labeling is
introduced, then
it'd change how we view File Manager's capabilities.

a no-no to
format a card using the BN.
I would also like to see a labeling feature where you could use
the BN to
label an SD card. They had that feature on the old Keynote
Companions.
