Hi,
Did you try a reset with no keys held down?
If not, try that and then delete the file without doing anything
else with it. Don't open the file, just try deleting it after
the reset. That has worked for me when I used my mPower.

Hi, I have an mpower running keysoft 8 I am having terrible
trouble deleting a file which was an mp3 file that couldn't be
opened. I even created a new folder and put the file in it, and
now I can't delete the whole thing!
