A couple important notes on this type of reset: 1. If you do this on an mPower, you must reset again to get back optional programs like gps or the dictionary. 2. If on an Apex, please do not perform this reset as it will reset your options and delete all extensions (dictionary, nemeth tutorial, I think even gps) and you may or may not be able to get them back by downloading the hwz files from humanware.com and installing them again. Basically, if you have an Apex, please do not do this reset unless an hw tech tells you to.
