Dectalk would be a very welcomed addition to my list of synths, not so much on the bn but on other devices like DTB players or the iPod. It has some of the best inflection and tone I have ever heard from a synth. The tts on the BookSense is NeoSpeech. It is pretty good, though it has the same problems that most of the new, 'human-sounding' synths do: it stops at almost all punctuation, commas and semicolons included, and treats them like periods. This is one thing Eloquence does not do, but kng still has them all beat with its ability to handle a dash (with a space on either side) between words and its pitch change when it reads something in parentheses.
