I have a big big problem here.
I seem to have lost braille. Have done two service resets so far and I
CANNOT get it back. It will say in braille restarting keysoft. Then the
speech will come on but the braille display shuts down. All the dots come
up like they are when the unit is turned off! This is pretty bad because
I depend on the TTY feature of the DBC to communicate over the
telephone! Anyone have any ideas on this one?? Cause I sure could use
them.
