Hello,
I'm just guessing but could you have accidently turned off
the braille display?!?
Perhaps by pressing the thumb-keys when you did not mean
to?!?
That sounds like what is happening to me!
I did that myself one time in middle school.
It took two of my teachers, my mom, three HW tech-support
persons, and myself over a two-and a-half hour period to
figure out what in the world I had done!
Anyhow, I hope that this was of some use!
I Hope TO HEAR From You Again Very Soon!
May GOD BLESS You, And Give You HIS PEACE!
In Our LORD And SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST,
And Our BLESSED VIRGIN MOTHER Mary, Kristen

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem with braille display
Good day all.
I have a big big problem here.
I seem to have lost braille. Have done two service resets so
far and I
CANNOT get it back. It will say in braille restarting
keysoft. Then the
speech will come on but the braille display shuts down. All
the dots come
up like they are when the unit is turned off! This is
pretty bad because
I depend on the TTY feature of the DBC to communicate over
the
telephone! Anyone have any ideas on this one?? Cause I
sure could use
them.
All The best
Jack
