The other thing I just found out about is if you got your apex through somewhere like senderogroup as I did their email address may be the one registered with hw. The other place where it be the deeler or a rehab office's may have forgotten to unregister their email and that is why some of us need to wait 24 hours to get the key. Once they only have one email registered to to an apex things should go smoother. Since I got my apex through senderogroup I need to wait a little longer. I wish I had known about it but at least I now know what is going on.
