Hi,
Try just pressing Reset to see if it works now. Or, try pressing
JKL while pressing Reset button. Hold down these keys until you
hear the startup sound.

Hi I think I have managed to get updated finally. Thanks for
all the suggestions and info. I have managed to get myself stuck
in braille keyboard mode on the QUERTY keyboard though. I fix
that somewhere in options donT I?
